Hi all, are the stats for artillery  firing per tube or per base?

Thanks for your question.  The artillery factors are based on a per tube/gunner basis.  

So the rules amalgamate the typical battery as 4 gunners.  If you are based per Corps Command rules, a French battery would have 4 gunners (typically a French battery would have 6 tubes historically) 

So a 4 figure medium battery would fire at short range as 15% per gunners figure or 60% total to hit (4×15%) and if you hit, you roll once on the Devastating Fire table.

When firing at the same target, you can combine batteries and add their percentage but if you hit, you will only be able to roll once on the Devastating Fire table per target.
